Like most telephone system manufacturers, new technology is seeing rapid changes in the Siemens product portfolio. Applications and IP-based systems such as the HiPath 2000, 4000 and the Open Office are clear examples of this. However, the HiPath 3000 Series remains dominant. It is a modular system which allows customers to migrate from a traditional, tried and tested telephony platform to one with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) enhanced capabilities as and when it’s required.
