Avaya - IP Office 500
Released in 2007 the Avaya IP Office 500 is the latest VoIP system from Avaya. 
The IP Office 500 displaces its 400 series predecessors, the 403 and the 406 to provide you with one of the most scalable systems to meet the needs the growing small to medium sized business.
In its ‘Standard’ form, the IP Office 500 is an affordable small business system that supports up to 32 users. Flexible trunk options exist in the shape of 16 analogue, 32 Basic Rate ISDN2 or 120 Primary Rate ISND30 lines. This can be upgraded to the ‘professional’ edition which allows modular expansion of the main chassis to support up to 272 extensions.
The system includes a robust set of tools to enhance and satisfy your requirements. System Monitoring and Diagnostics via ‘System Status’, call tracking via ‘SMDR’, the ability for users to manage their own calls via ‘Phone Manager’ and the introduction of virtual receptionist with ‘Auto Attendant’.
