The Call Analyser “Collector” requires connection to the Call Logging port on your phone system. This can be serial or over IP.
Client software is licensed concurrently and can be installed on any PC or laptop for management or wallboard presentation.
The entry-level Call Analyser, Pro 32, starts at 32 extensions and includes 1 concurrent client user license.
