RoundClock - round-the-clock monitoring service
There’s nothing worse than arriving at work in the morning to find that your IT system is down. But it need not be like that. RoundClock is a remote 24/7 software-based monitoring service that instantly alerts us to problems and allows us to take immediate action, if necessary, to rectify the problem before it seriously impacts on your business.
Think of it as a continuous health check for IT systems, round-the-clock. In the past an engineer would undertake a time consuming, manual healthcheck of your IT once a month or every quarter. With RoundClock, it is exactly what it implies: 24/7 round-the-clock monitoring of vital (and not so vital) IT functions.
RoundClock is a comprehensive IT support package where your hardware and software are continuously monitored from our office. It’s not just your server but the key parts of your whole system - disk space, remote offices, ISP connection, bandwidth usage, website, anti-virus software and critical updates – that are monitored. They have to ‘check in’, so to speak, every 15 minutes. If they don’t, we are on the case and our engineers will often fix something before you even know about it!
If a problem with your IT system arises outside normal office hours, our on-call engineers are immediately alerted and will contact you should it be of a critical nature.
RoundClock costs no more than a cup of coffee a day but the benefits are considerable: less downtime as a result of virus attacks or disk crashes; safe and secure back up of data; continuous monitoring of your website and email system.
